O

I was stunned by the quick and certain willingness.

I was mesmerized; sickened.

I imagined myself.

I could only feel rage, deep rage.

I wanted to own them; I could do that.

The whipping.

It disturbed me.

I can take a lot of pain, more than most.

It is the restraint, I think..

Why are the women so lovely, in their slavery?

Why are the men so crude, ugly?

Except one.

But she, she was the most beautiful thing.

She said she would stay through it all, bear it all, and bare it all.

Just to see how the story would end.

  1. i had to revisit this poem after reading 50 shades of grey. the book is a total misleading and poorly written for the world of submisson and domination. it would be great if masses of people didn’t use the book as an example of that kind of relationship. it’s not like you are really giving a tutorial on whipping but i like the description of your self discovery. it is truthful
