Service 2011

For the New Year I am going to do something a little different.

There is a part of my No-Self that has gone almost extinct, as it has a tendency to do, when neglected.

Interestingly, this essential is available to all who choose to honour it. I will devote an entire year to the path by exposing a message from a great teacher, who has many times, reminded me of the way, borrowing title and reflecting upon its meaning. The challenge will be to interpret love through a distinct lens, my own, yet, ambiguously acute.

When You Were Mine, my service to love, I feel, is doubly honoured, because like the jewel, this lost and longing part of ourselves gets collected, washed, and let go, so that it may received again and cherished.

To begin with, “The Noble Heart.”
