Admit You Are Powerless

I had to join him in LA, cause I got caught up.

He said take it day by day, I told him to shut up.

He took me for granted, I took him for the fool.

That kind of commitment, it don’t suit you, don’t suit you.

So, I joined him in LA.

He don’t speak my name.

It’s all undercover.

Except for the letter.

The seeds that were planted, back when he thought I was cool.

That kind of commitment, they can’t teach you, can’t teach you.
