Drive
He picks me up
To go for a ride
Black hair, black pants
The kind of knight
I won’t survive
I put my music in
This time
I lean to him
We kiss
He throws the gear in Drive
We fly
Pedal to the floor
I just close my eyes
And let whatever will happen, happen
We share this, and five-eleven, on five, one, seven
A roaring engine
Beneath our seats
These moments are rare
And you remember them
He drops me off
To go for a ride
In love, in pain
The kind of night
We won’t survive
I get to my front door alive
This time
I turn back
To see him throw the gear in Drive
And fly
