When You Were Mine

I was asked if I thought people changed.

My answer is, yes, people can change.

People can change dramatically, when they want to.  I have changed.  I believe everyone I know has changed from the moment I met them to this point, and this point.  If past Mes are any indication of how time turns, I will be a very different person tomorrow than I am today.  Next year, different.  The year after that, dramatically different.  The year after that, drastically different.

I welcome this change.  I want the imprint of my experience to show upon my face, and in my words, especially.  I want to become, always.

So this year will be a travel through, not the same you.
